The part where my hair kept getting caught . That should be one piece not joined together. It’s like when you’ve acrylic nails that are starting to lift in places and you run your hands through your hair. The hair gets caught

I Loved this product. It was a quick way to achieve the waves I want! The conviencince of having two sizes to pick from is great for creating different styles.

My second Answr heated brush. I love it, use it every day. My only suggestion for improvement would be if you were able to supply replacement brush heads. My first one became threadbare and I would have liked to buy a replacement, but got no replies to my two emails asking if you sell them - hence buying a new Answr brush. Produce excellent - customer service not so much.
I have given this 2 stars as I absolutely love this hotbrush however, I've had 2 now and each one has just stopped working after just over 12 months. I don't expect to pay almost £80 for something that only lasts this long.
I bought this product 29th April 2026. After using it approximately twice a week since then I tried using it on 10th July and it blew the fuse which in turn took out all of the electric on the top floor of the house which concerned me greatly. I contacted Answr’s customer service department but received no reply. I continued to email them on several occasions eventually they offered a replacement which of course I declined and asked for a refund. They tell me that they have processed the refund to my credit card but I have not received it despite contacting them on several occasions. I have spoken to the credit card company for them to also search but no refund has been received. My advice to anyone considering buying anything from this company is PLEASE DON’T. Their customer service is appalling. I await them contacting me once they receive my review of my very unfortunate experience with them.
This is the best heated brush ever. I love that the small brush attachment is just right for my hair. I would never use any other brush now.
I’ve been genuinely surprised by how good this is. I have enormous, super messy (like a birds nest) thick, coarse red hair and it does a marvellous job of taming it and making me look like a stylist has spent two hours of back breaking work trying to get it in order, in a fraction of the time! Like 10minutes! Amazed!
Looks great and comfortable to hold. Unfortunately the cable is a bit short for the position I need to use it in. Also I would have preferred something that I could use on damp hair. That said it works well just not quite for my preferred purpose.
Disappointed that there was no mat to place it on when hot! All my other gadgets for hair styling have them as a matter of course. Given the cost of the device it seems a bit penny pinching. Also the bristles have really sharp edges which requires careful handling as to not scratch the scalp. I’ve since se3n ads for this item on line for much less.

This is the third brush I have had and each one has malfunctioned after a couple of months. Twice I was offered a replacement and both replacements have since stopped working. I am no longer willing to try another replacement. I try to contact the team and it takes days for them to reply. This time no one has replied after three days. I would definitely not recommend as the customer service is terrible. It's not the brush usage is bad but that it just stops working after a couple of months

Extremely easy to use. Heats up quickly. Brush holds hair well because of the bristles. Also releases hair easily. Curls stay in.
I bought this as a birthday present for my sister. She LOVED it! It absolutely transforms your hair, like you've stepped out of a salon. Some of other guests at her birthday party were definitely going to be buying one after seeing the results. Great product.
Been looking for a hot brush that works on dry hair for years as they all now ( child of the 70s!) seem to just work on wet hair which is useless if have frizzy hair and have to straighten before curling. Absolutely love this (daughter with non frizzy hair bought one as so impressed with quick results on dry hair).

I am so happy with my brush. The only sadness is that i am so nervous about it becoming faulty again as this is my third brush. Two previous brushes have stopped working after a few months. So i am nervous when using it. It definitely does a good job though
I love the brush. I already have one that dries hair but this one is excellent for use on dry hair and even works in my fine thin hair so I’m impressed. The effect lasted all evening till I slept on it which I expected anyway
I have tried similar products in the past with high expectations only to be disappointed, however, the Answr heated brush has been absolutely amazing! With only one heat setting it may not be for everyone. I actually love it and certainly wouldn’t be without it.

Love that it heats up really fast, comes with a storage bag and has the option of two sizes of round brushes which are quick to swap out. Great for quickly styling bedhead hair of a morning. What's not to love about this bright pink hair tool!
